lexconavc was established in Bangkok with a clear conviction: that individuals and businesses navigating Thai law deserve the same quality of attention and care as any major institutional client. Our practice grew out of the observation that too many legal engagements felt transactional — quick answers handed over without genuine understanding of the client's situation.
From our offices on Sathorn Tai Road, we have built relationships with entrepreneurs, foreign investors, property holders, and growing enterprises across a range of sectors. What our clients consistently value is not simply technical competence — though that remains essential — but the patience with which we explain their position and the care we take to understand their objectives before offering any recommendation.

lexconavc operates from Bangkok's Sathorn district — a location central to much of the city's commercial and financial activity — providing legal advisory services to a client base that spans local entrepreneurs, foreign investors, property owners, and established companies seeking consistent counsel.
Thailand's legal environment presents particular complexity for those unfamiliar with its regulatory structures. The Foreign Business Act, the Land Code, the Civil and Commercial Code, and the regulations of the Department of Business Development each interact in ways that can be difficult to interpret without direct professional guidance. Our practice addresses this complexity not by simplifying it inappropriately, but by explaining it with the care it deserves.
Business formation engagements at lexconavc begin with a consultation to understand the client's objectives, planned activities, and structure before any entity recommendation is made. Contract work starts similarly — with a discussion of context, not with a template. Retainer relationships are built gradually, as we come to understand the client's ongoing situation and priorities.
We do not practise criminal law or medical law. Our focus on commercial, civil, and business regulatory matters allows us to develop real depth in the areas we advise on — and to give each client the benefit of that accumulated knowledge, applied thoughtfully to their particular circumstances.
Our office at 71 Sathorn Tai Road receives clients by appointment. We also conduct consultations remotely where appropriate. We welcome enquiries from prospective clients seeking a first conversation, with no expectation of an immediate engagement.
